Dance 21 provides a Dance group for young people with Down Syndrome and their siblings.

Dance 21 are seeking new youngsters between the ages of 5 and 16 to join our younger dance group

Classes are held on a Thursday from 5pm – 6pm at

SpringHealth Dance Studios (Air conditioned)

There is a bar/lounge at SpringHealth for parents/carers

 We are regularly asked to be guest dancers at various events, and have appeared on the TV, at Sadler’s Wells Theatre, Civic Theatre, fund raising events and lots of other exciting places.
